If you are unhappy with your Forever Wood creation you received, please send us a message or call us at +1 (561) 578-7992. We'll re-burn your photo at no charge to you, or if it's a quality issue, you can send us a new photo.

If you need to cancel for any reason and your photo has not yet been edited or burnt, you may do so for a full refund. If either of these things has been done, you will receives a 75% refund due to our loss of materials. Thank you in advance for this consideration.
